1. Digital Products Nature

We accept refunds only in specific cases. Since we offer "Digital Goods" (IPTV Subscription Codes) that are irrevocable once sent, we generally do not issue refunds after the product is delivered.

By purchasing our subscription, you agree that you have read the product description and understand the nature of the service.

2. When Can I Get a Refund?

We offer a full refund or exchange ONLY in the following cases:

  • Technical Failure: If the provided code or link is completely non-functional, and our support team fails to fix the issue within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same invoice.
  • Wrong Product: If we sent you a subscription duration different from what you ordered.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We will NOT grant refunds in these situations:

  • "I changed my mind": You decided you don't want the service after receiving the code.
  • Internet Issues: Buffering caused by your weak internet connection or high ISP latency.
  • Channel Changes: If a specific channel is temporarily down or removed from the playlist.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email. You must include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A screenshot or video proof of the technical issue.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 hours.
