1. General Terms
By accessing and placing an order with PRO IPTV, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and PRO IPTV.
2. Subscription Usage Policy
We have a strict usage policy to ensure the stability of our servers for all clients:
- One Device Rule: You are allowed to use your subscription on 1 device at a time only. (Unless you purchased a Multi-Room plan).
- No Re-streaming: Re-streaming our content to other servers or sharing your M3U link publicly is strictly forbidden.
- Account Ban: If our system detects multiple simultaneous connections from different IP addresses on a single-user account, your subscription will be automatically suspended without refund.
⚠️ Important: Do not share your M3U link or Xtream codes with anyone. You are responsible for your account security.
3. Channels & Content
While we strive to keep our playlist updated and stable, please note:
- The channel lineup is subject to change without notice based on source availability.
- We do not guarantee that every single channel will work 100% of the time due to the nature of IPTV streaming.
- Any temporary downtime for maintenance is normal and will be communicated when possible.
4. Internet Requirements
To enjoy our service without buffering, you must have a stable internet connection. We recommend:
- At least 12 Mbps for HD content.
- At least 25 Mbps for 4K/UHD content.
We are not responsible for buffering issues caused by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) throttling or weak Wi-Fi signals.
5. Payments & Refunds
We offer digital services that are downloadable/accessible immediately. Therefore:
- All payments are secure and processed via third-party gateways.
- Refunds are only available in case of proven technical issues from our side that we cannot resolve within 48 hours.

6. Compatibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device (Smart TV, Android Box, Firestick, PC, etc.) before purchasing. We provide setup guides, but we cannot configure your device for you personally.
7. Changes To Terms
If we change our terms of use we will post those changes on this page. Registered users will be sent an email that outlines changes made to the terms of use.
